Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NexVolt Lab. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking, and international shipping terms.

Order Processing

Standard in-stock orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom, private label, OEM, or made-to-order products may require additional production time. The estimated production and shipping schedule will be confirmed with the customer before production begins.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Because some products contain rechargeable batteries, shipping services may vary depending on the destination, local regulations, carrier requirements, battery specifications, and available transportation methods.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

United States and Canada: 7–15 business days

Europe: 7–18 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 8–18 business days

Asia: 5–12 business days

Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, or regulatory requirements may affect delivery times.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, package weight, package dimensions, shipping method, and product type.

For custom or bulk orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately before the order is confirmed.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the products can be legally imported into their destination country.

Battery Shipping Restrictions

Some rechargeable battery products are subject to carrier and dangerous-goods transportation requirements.

Available shipping methods may be limited based on battery capacity, product configuration, destination, carrier rules, and applicable transportation regulations.

If an order cannot be shipped using the method selected at checkout, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative shipping method or discuss available options.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address needs to be changed. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transportation, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.

We will assist with the carrier investigation. Final resolutions may depend on the carrier’s investigation results and shipping insurance coverage.

Please report visibly damaged packages within 7 days of delivery.

Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, production schedules, warehouse locations, or carrier requirements.
